Down Home

Sorry for the gap in time between blogs, my friends! But this is what I've been up to this morning, anyhow. Baking bread in Mom's kitchen. The orange circle is the bowl (60's- all the way) that the bread is presently rising in. My contribution to Thanksgiving dinner. Mom (top) has been baking about 10 things to my one... she's quite the baker.

Winners

We're all winners, I suppose! Tonight Dad got a turkey, so all will be fed for Thanksgiving this year by his own kill. Last night, Brooke, James, Randy, Ryan and myself did some winning-style bowling after some amazing Thai cuisine. It feels good to win.

The Feitner Fam

Alex, Julia, Harrison, Aaron, and Evelyn are pictured here on a lovely couch in Mechanicsburg, PA. Aaron and Julia have been dear friends for many, many years, and it is nice to be in Central Pennsylvania to be able to be closer in miles to them!

Williamsport Pictures, Images and Photos

This is what it's GOING to look like around here, maybe in about a month? I'm dreading snow at this point, but I did see some today and it wasn't THAT bad. Sweaters are nice to wear, anyways!

What's in the stars?

Today's Horoscope (Cancer):

"A lot of things that used to be mysteries are suddenly making more sense right now. "- (yahoo)

Let's hope this is true! :)

Nice view

Here's a view from the Lake House I lived in for a few weeks up in Michigan recently. It was along Lake St. Clair. It was hard to leave this peaceful abode, but Pennsylvania was calling my name...

Halloween '08

Here are the Halloween Party Girls- Evelyn, (myself), Lindsay, and Cheri. We all went to a private party in the Harrisburg area this year. It's been quite a few years since I dressed up for Halloween, so it felt good to be a lil' sailor girl! The other 2 were "80's Gals" and Cheri was "70's"!

Every day matters

Last night I was able to visit with my nephews, Ethan(4) and Brendan (2). This picture is alittle outdated, so they are a tiny bit bigger now!

Today is election day, and "yes I did vote", so tonight we shall see who wins!

Back to PA!

Time to open a new chapter in my life. Just made it back to the family homestead last Wednesday evening (Oct.29,2008). Went to Harrisburg for the weekend and reconnected with friends at a Halloween party. Pictures to come! I think I'm going to stick around Pennsylvania for awhile and get back to my roots. It is a wonderful state and many wonderful people reside there, including my immediate family.
